The scientific internship program “Studying the composition of plant extracts” was held on the basis of the Department of Food Systems and Biotechnology SFSCA RAS, the program was mastered by Julia Shcherbakova, Associate Professor of the Department of Industrial Biotechnology, Kazan National Research Technological University, Kazan.
Theoretical basics of sample preparation, reagents preparation and dilution, formation of additional competencies and skills on titrimetric, spectrophotometric methods of analysis of products from plant raw materials, methods of capillary electrophoresis, analysis and summarization of data according to regulatory documentation on research methods were obtained. The acquired skills can be used in the future for educational and research purposes.
